How can I clip down my songs to send to my cell phone?

Hi guys. I just wanted to know how I could cut clip down my songs on my computer so that I can send them to my cell phone all within my cellphone’s memory? What program can I use to clip down my songs? I tried Windows Movie Maker, but it doesn’t save the clip in any song format. Any other programs guys?

    there is this web site myxertones.com that does it for you, its totally free too, and they have tons of songs and such, so i’ld try that, it to me is less trouble and you can tell it what phone you have and that helps as well as you can cut clips from a song that you want

    well idk how to do that.. but there is a great free website to get songs off of but you have to go on on your cell. its not one of those *free**** sites its really free ive been using it for months
    its awesome!
    you can get full songs, parts of songs, ringtones, videos, wallpapers etc its really free too
