How can i recover songs from my computer using my ipod?

My laptop got dropped the other day, and i was told by the customer service operator to do a “Recovery” and i lost ALL my files i know i cant recover them. BUT i have a 160gb iPod and all my songs are on it. My question is: How can i get those songs from my iPod to my computer?

    Just download Itunes again and the songs should be on
